This website https://k3pooja.com (“Platform”) is owned and operated by AASK Enterprises, a sole proprietorship incorporated in India and having its registered office at W-7/9 DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon, Haryana, India and includes any of our affiliates, associates, assignees or successors-in-interest as determined by us at our sole discretion and without requiring any prior notice or intimation to you (“Company“, ” weorus” or ” our“). The Platform aims to digitize temples and other religious experiences for its users, provide astrological services and other related services (“Services“).


This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy“) sets out the privacy practices of the Company with respect to the entire content of the Platform.


This Privacy Policy is an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended / re-enacted) and rules thereunder (“IT Act“) and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics code) Rules, 2021, which mandates the publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access or usage of any application or website. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature. 1.2 It is clarified that in the event you make any payments through the Platform, we will not store any payment or card related information which you may provide in the course of making such payments, such as card number, account number, validity date, expiry date or CVV number.

3.1 Sharing


Other than as mentioned elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, the Company may share aggregated demographic information with the Company’s partners or affiliates. This is not linked to any Personal Information that can identify an individual person.
